If you want to run your CM Path A Certificates through your printer, please follow the instructions below.

Certificate of Merit Path A Certificate Template Directions:

In Microsoft Word:

    In File Menu, choose Page Setup.

        In Page Setup:

1)       Choose “LANDSCAPE” mode

2)       Set Margins to:

a.      Top: 4.30”

b.      Bottom: 2.00”

c.      Left: 2.00”

d.      Right: 2.00”

I used 28 pt. font.  I tested Times New Roman as well as Monotype Corsiva.  Both worked perfectly.

Set your paragraph alignment to “CENTER,” as opposed to “ALIGN LEFT” or “JUSTIFY.”

Type in the name of your student
            Hit the “Enter” key twice
            Type in 2008 and the level of your student (for example, 2008: Level 7)

PLEASE print out a sample test sheet on blank paper.  Hold it up to your certificate to make sure it works.

Don’t forget to keep track of the orientation of your print out, so you can feed the Certificate into your printer in the correct direction.

For your convenience, I have also attached a sample of template using Times New Roman, a standard font most computer users have pre-installed.

Just follow the directions on the template and print out a sample test sheet.
